Minimum Voluntary Warranty Guide
It is a condition for fulfillment of refunds, exchange or replacement for returned goods that you provide us with proof of the purchase from Wamee, and we will need to be satisfied that the product is faulty, the cause of the fault and that the problem with the goods is not the result of your fault. Returned goods includes all accompanying accessories that formed part of the purchase of the product. We reserve the right to have returned goods assessed within a reasonable timeframe by the manufacturer to determine this, including whether the goods are defective or simply require basic troubleshooting to rectify.
We reserve the right to not provide a remedy in accordance with Wamee’s Minimum Voluntary Warranty Guide where the product has been purchased for, or used predominantly in, a commercial or business environment and we have not prior to purchase expressly advised that the product is designed for that environment or purpose.
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or where merchandise was custom built to customer specifications, including custom sized RAM or SSD, custom colour, custom printed or custom produced supplies or equipment.
Computer Software
- Faulty product with packaging in any condition or discarded – 100% refund for product if returned within 30 days of customer receipt (on condition that any included digital redemption code must also be returned).
- Unused and unopened product with packaging in good condition – 100% refund for product if returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
Electrical Products and Accessories
- Unused and unopened product with packaging in good condition – 100% refund for product if returned within 30 days of customer receipt for retail sales (excludes all commercial sales).
Manufacturer Warranties
Some manufacturers will have dedicated support centres and may be able to provide quicker assessment and remedy of product faults. You may choose to contact them directly as an alternative to pursing a remedy with us.
